The University of Applied Sciences Darmstadt, Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences, University of Applied Sciences Fulda, and Hochschule RheinMain – University of Applied Sciences and Arts hold the independent doctoral awarding power in the discipline of Applied Computer Science. The organisation and administration of doctoral procedures are carried out by the Inter-Institutional Doctoral Centre for Applied Computer Science (PZAI). Doctoral supervision is provided by professors affiliated with the Centre on the basis of a proven record of research excellence. The Centre’s administrative office is located at Hochschule RheinMain – University of Applied Sciences and Arts in Wiesbaden.
